Giancarlo Dale is an accomplished litigator with a proven record in high-stakes legal matters. He is a graduate of the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he established a strong foundation in legal practice. His commitment to advocacy began early through an intensive internship with the Maricopa County Public Defender Office, where he gained substantial trial experience by conducting numerous trials and evidentiary hearings.
Following law school, Mr. Dale joined the Maricopa County Public Defender Office as a defense attorney, handling a wide range of criminal cases from misdemeanors to complex felony matters. This experience afforded him extensive exposure to high-stakes litigation and advanced legal strategy.
After transitioning to private practice, Giancarlo Dale leveraged his extensive litigation background to focus on Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. In personal injury matters, he has successfully represented clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall injuries, trucking accidents, commercial liability, and medical malpractice, helping secure nearly $10,000,000 in settlement recoveries. His criminal defense practice has continued the high level of success established in public service, resulting in more than 150 dismissals and not-guilty verdicts in misdemeanor, DUI, and felony cases across the State of Arizona. He is licensed to practice law in both the State of Arizona and Federal Court.
